At Loawu Flex, we believe in privacy by design. Because our application functions without user accounts, we do not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) on our servers.

We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
We do not track your GPS location.
We do not upload your flexibility progress photos to any external database.

💾 2. Local Data Processing

To provide you with a seamless flexibility tracking experience, the App processes data locally on your iOS device:

Progress Photos: When you use the App to take or select photos of your stretches, these images are saved directly to your device's local storage (via IndexedDB/LocalForage) in Base64 format.
Flexibility Metrics: The angles, distances, and notes you input are stored locally to generate your personal progress charts.
Virtual Currency: Your coin balance and unlocked premium items are securely managed entirely within your local environment.

📷 3. Device Permissions Explained

To function properly, Loawu Flex may request the following device permissions, strictly governed by Apple's iOS privacy frameworks:

Camera Access: Requested solely for the purpose of allowing you to snap real-time photos of your splits, backbends, or shoulder mobility. The camera feed is never streamed externally.
Photo Library Access: Requested so you can import past photos to log historical flexibility data. We only access the specific photos you explicitly select.

This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with applicable privacy regulations in the United States, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Children's Privacy: Our application is not directed at children under the age of 13. Given our local-only data model, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
